Our Story
Leon and Son LLC has spent sixteen years working inside New York buildings. The work began where most maintenance work begins, with the repairs that owners keep postponing. Loose doors, cracked drywall, worn floors, and units that needed to be ready before the next tenant arrived.
One trade turned into four. Property and building maintenance, handyman repairs, apartment cleaning, and exterior power washing now run under the same company. The service area grew the same way, from Manhattan apartment buildings into Brooklyn brownstones, walkups, and mixed-use properties.
